account and data.

Guest players

Guest progress is stored only on your device. Crown Trail Cards does not create a Firebase account for guest play.

1. Open Android Settings and find Crown Trail Cards under Apps.
2. Choose Storage & cache, then clear app storage; or uninstall the app.
3. All guest progress and local preferences on that device will be removed.

Google-linked accounts

To request deletion, email us using the button below. If possible, send the request from the Google email address used in Crown Trail Cards so we can verify account ownership.

1. Use the subject “Crown Trail Cards account deletion request.”
2. State that you want the Crown Trail Cards Firebase account and cloud progression permanently deleted.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership. Never send your password or Google authentication token.
4. We will confirm receipt and aim to complete a verified request within 30 days.

What deletion covers

• Your Firebase Authentication account for Crown Trail Cards.
• Your users/{uid} Cloud Firestore gameplay document.
• Cloud progression including virtual coins, gems, XP, fragments, club points, layout, completed levels, tutorial state, and daily-claim availability.

Deletion does not automatically remove local app data from your devices. Clear app storage or uninstall the app on each device to remove local caches and preferences.

Deletion is permanent. Deleted account progress cannot be restored. Limited support correspondence or security records may be retained when reasonably necessary to meet legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Signing out is different from deletion. If you only need help accessing your progress, contact datnt13022@gmail.com before requesting permanent deletion.
